Overview and your rights

This document sets out how user and business data held by Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and by the Avteza platform is deleted.

You have the right to request deletion of the user data held on the Avteza platform and in the integrated Meta applications.

Deleting in-app or via this form

Send a deletion request with the form below. There is no button in the dashboard that deletes your account, so we do not say there is one.

Processing time

When you submit the form your request is recorded and you receive a reference. Keep it: use it when asking about the status of your request. Requests are processed by hand.
