Data we collect
We may collect: contact details (name, email, phone); business name and industry; customer conversations and order data; technical data. IP address, browser type and device.
How we use data
We use data only to provide and improve the service and to contact you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Security
Data is stored encrypted by our managed database provider, and all traffic to and from the site is encrypted with TLS. Channel access tokens are additionally encrypted at the application level. Each organisation’s data is isolated by Postgres row-level security (RLS) rules, enforced by the database itself rather than by application code. Actions taken in the internal admin console are written to an audit log; acting on behalf of another account requires a stated reason, and the operation fails without one. AVTEZA Limited Liability Company operates under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Requests from public authorities
We disclose personal data to public authorities only where the law requires it. We review the legality of every request: it must name the issuing authority, the legal basis, the scope of the data sought and a case reference. Without these the request is not acted on but returned for clarification. An informal approach by phone or message is not a legal request. We challenge unlawful or overly broad requests. We disclose only the minimum necessary, limited to the person named in the request and the period stated. Where the law allows it, we notify the person whose data was disclosed.
