Free trial
The free trial runs for 7 days and is capped at 100 conversations: it ends at whichever limit is reached first. No card is required. No setup fee is charged for the trial. Converting to a monthly plan incurs a one-off 99 ₼ setup fee; converting to an annual plan incurs none.
Billing
Subscription fees are charged at the start of the chosen period: monthly or yearly.
Refunds
Within 14 days of the first payment you may request a full refund. Send the request to info@avteza.com. The refund is issued by a person rather than by an automated flow: once we receive the request we return the payment to the original method. After that window, the used period is non-refundable.
Cancellation
To cancel, email info@avteza.com or use the contact form on the site. There is no button in the dashboard that stops a subscription: a person actions the request. The service stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and the following period is not charged.
