Questions
Every answer below describes the product as it is today. If something that does not work is asked about, the answer is "not yet".
Assistant9
How well does Avteza understand Azerbaijani?#
The assistant recognises the customer's language itself and replies in Azerbaijani, Russian or English. It also understands Azerbaijani mixed with Russian and Turkish words, so "zakaz eləmək istəyirəm" is an ordinary sentence to it. It understands Turkish when written, but does not reply in Turkish.
What happens when the assistant does not know the answer?#
It does not invent one. The conversation is passed to your team and flagged as waiting in your dashboard. The same thing happens if the customer asks for a person. You can read every conversation from the dashboard and write yourself at any point.
Can it take an order inside the conversation?#
Yes. It shows the menu, builds the basket in the conversation, takes the address and puts the order in your dashboard. If your payment provider is connected, it sends the payment link there too.
How do bookings work?#
The customer gives a date, a time and a number of people. The assistant checks what is free, confirms a suitable time, and writes the booking into the system. If the customer changes their mind, it handles the cancellation itself.
Does it answer voice messages?#
Not yet. A voice message appears in the conversation and the customer is asked to send the question in writing. Turning it into text is being worked on.
Does it answer phone calls?#
No. We are working on a voice agent that answers calls. We are not writing down when it will be ready, because we do not know. There is no minute limit in the plans either — no such limit exists yet.
Does it send SMS?#
No. There are four channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and the chat window on your website. SMS is not among them.
Does it integrate with a POS or 1C?#
No. There is no integration today with a point-of-sale system, with 1C, or with any other accounting package — neither finished nor half-built. What is possible today: the menu, prices and knowledge base live in the console; orders and bookings are created inside the conversation and land in the console; payment is taken through Kapital Bank. None of that reaches your till, so moving an order into your own system is something you do.
How is this different from the free WhatsApp Business app?#
They do different jobs. WhatsApp Business is Meta’s own free app: one number, a business profile, a catalogue, labels, quick replies and a greeting message, with a person answering the conversations. Avteza brings several channels — WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Telegram and the website chat — into one list, answers questions itself in Azerbaijani, Russian and English, creates orders and bookings inside the conversation, and sends a payment link. If you answer your own messages on one number, the free app is enough for that.
Connecting6
Which channels are supported?#
WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and a chat window that connects to your website. All four collect into one list of conversations. How many you can connect depends on your plan.
Who does the connecting?#
We do. The WhatsApp and Instagram connection becomes possible after Meta business verification, and Meta runs that stage, so we do not write down how long it takes. Telegram and the website chat do not wait on any verification.
Do I need technical knowledge to connect?#
No, there is no code to write. You fill in the menu, the prices and the opening hours on the dashboard; we do the first load for you.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?#
Yes. We connect your existing business number through the WhatsApp Business API, and the number stays in your name. This also becomes possible after Meta verification. For Instagram and Telegram your existing accounts are used.
What does setup actually involve?#
We do not put a number on how long it takes, because WhatsApp and Instagram go through Meta’s business review and Meta runs that stage. The steps are these: you create an account; you fill in the business profile and the sector; you put the menu, the prices and the common questions into the console; you choose the channels; you check it and turn it on. Telegram and the website chat wait for no review — you take a token from @BotFather for Telegram and paste one line of code for the site, and both work immediately. WhatsApp and Instagram wait for Meta to answer.
Payment4
Is there a free trial?#
Yes, and no card is required. The trial has two limits and whichever arrives first ends it: a number of days and a number of conversations. The figures on the pricing page are read from the system itself.
What happens if I go over the monthly conversation limit?#
Conversations are counted per calendar month. At 80% of the limit you get a notification. When the limit is reached, the assistant stops replying automatically and you get a second notification. The customer's message is not lost: the conversation appears in your list and you can answer it yourself. The counter resets at the start of the next month.
How does payment work?#
The account owner starts the payment from the dashboard: the system creates a payment link and collects the amount itself. On monthly billing the first amount is one month of subscription plus the setup fee; on annual billing it is twelve months together, and the setup fee is not charged.
Can I cancel at any time?#
Yes. Write to info@avteza.com and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period, with no further payment taken. There is no separate button for this in the dashboard, which is why we do not promise one: this is a commitment we keep by hand.
Data4
Where is my data stored?#
Conversations and your business details are stored in a managed Postgres database, hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Who can see the conversations?#
Only the users you have added to your organisation. Each conversation is visible only to the organisation it belongs to, and access is limited by the user's role.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?#
Yes. You send a request from the data deletion page. The request is recorded and you are given a reference number.
Can I export my customer list?#
No. There is no export today — no CSV, no Excel, and no API that returns the list. In the console you can see your customers, search them, filter them by segment and add tags; the list itself can only be read on screen. You can ask for your data to be deleted; you cannot yet take a copy of it.
