Who built it, what works.

I built Avteza because I did not want to sell a system that answers in English a customer who wrote in Azerbaijani.

I have been writing code for eleven years. In that time the most ordinary scene I have seen is this one: a small cafe, a message at midnight, and a customer left unanswered by morning. Large companies have a team for that. A small business does not.

Let me say this too, because it explains what Avteza is not. You write to a restaurant chain, you wait for hours, and then the same template answer arrives every time. Or a bot answers and gets stuck on the second question — you feel you are filling in a form, not talking. I have had enough of it. Avteza exists to understand what the customer is asking, not to paste in a ready-made sentence.

The solutions on the market either do not understand the language, or cost more than a cafe can pay. Avteza exists to fix those two things.

Let me be plain about one thing. We have no customers right now, and I am not hiding that. This site says what works and it says what does not work yet. I will not sell you something that does not work — because I do the first setup myself, and I will be sitting next to you for that conversation.
